The Law Firm of Toni Ann Russo, Esq. was established in the State of New Jersey in January of 1987. The Law Firm, set high standards with reference to care and concern for their clients and their legal needs.

Legal Assitance is available on a 24 hour basis as the firm recognizes that there may be times in our lives that we need legal assistance immediately.

Committed to excellence, the firm offers assistance in a variety of legal services. Free Consulatations are available in a variety of areas including personal injury, malpractice, wrongful death, workers compensation, slip and falls, auto accidents, and municipal matters.

The Attorneys

Toni Ann Russo

Toni Ann Russo, a female pioneer in the field of law and founder of the firm, obtained her undergraduate degree in Management (Bachelor of Science) from St. John's University, New York.

She graduated cum laude and went on to complete her Law Degree (Juris Doctor) at Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center, Touro College School of Law, New York where as Editor in Chief of the Yearbook and Secretary of the Student Bar Association, she received the award for most Outstanding Contributions to Student Life.

She is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, The Appellate and Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Federal District Court and Military Court. She is also the former Prosecutor for Harrington Park.

The Paralegals

Melanie S. Drozjock obtained her Associates in Applied Science as a Paralegal from Berkeley College, graduating with honors in 1999. In an effort to further her education, she attended Montclair State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, in 2004. Melanie came to the firm with over five years experience in the field of law and is a Notary Public of the State of New Jersey. We are pleased to offer clients her services, as she has proven herself to be an outstanding member of our team.

Take Garden State Parkway South to Rte 17 South to Essex Street Exit. Exit Essex Street and make left. Take Essex St. to the Courthouse and bear left onto Main Street. The Firm is a block and a half up on the left side.

Directions from Southern New Jersey:
Take the Garden State Parkway North to Route 80 EaST. Take Rte 80 East to Hackensack, Hudson St exit. Exit make left and go to the light. Make left onto Hudson St. and proceed to the courthouse. Bear right at the courthouse onto Main Street. The Firm is a block and a half up on the left side.
